Every engagement is led by the founder. Implementation programs add specialists where the scope requires it. Assessments and advisory work are not subcontracted.
I have spent more than fifteen years on the Salesforce platform, most of it inside orgs that grew for a decade before anyone stopped to map them. Ten of those years were at AOL and Yahoo, where I worked on customer support and subscription engagement, and built the integration between Salesforce and Sierra AI for their agentic support tooling.
I am a certified Salesforce architect, holding the Application Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, and Platform Data Architect credentials. Aetrum is a Salesforce Consulting Select Partner.
When you hire Aetrum, I do the architecture work. I am the one in your org, and I am the one who writes the findings. There is no bench and no handoff.
Aetrum works with organizations from mid-size nonprofits and associations to large institutions, on focused initiatives that assess what an org contains, improve CRM adoption, streamline integrations, and modernize legacy platforms.
Engagements start with read-only access and a scoped call. Assessments produce ranked findings, each with the evidence and the steps to reproduce it, followed by a working session to walk through them. Implementation work runs to fixed milestones where the requirements support it.
Practical perspectives on Salesforce security architecture, integration dependencies, and the operational decisions that shape Salesforce platforms.
Part 1. An agent is not a new security model. It is a new consumer of the one you already have. Two doors into the org, one access surface, and five questions to answer before go-live.
AI generates Apex, Flows, and LWC faster than teams can spec them. Build speed stopped being the constraint. The review of dependencies, agent access, and credentials did not move to match.
Part 6. A dependency map is right the day you draw it and wrong a quarter later. Keeping it true while the org moves is an operating model, not a document.
Part 5. Salesforce records who changed a credential. It does not record who owns it. That is where renewals fall through.
Part 4. A Named Credential looks like an endpoint and a login. Underneath it is often a certificate dependency that Salesforce does not draw for you.
Part 3. A Connected App is one node in Setup with half a dozen invisible edges, and a blast radius that only becomes visible after the breach.
Whether you want an independent assessment of your org, are planning a Salesforce implementation, or need architecture and integration support, share a bit about your initiative. Aetrum's founder reviews every inquiry and responds personally.
There is no obligation. A brief overview of your current platforms, timelines, and objectives helps us prepare for a productive first conversation.
